Recruiting Manager at Green Key ResourcesLaw firm in Midtown, Manhattan seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of marketing experience. Legal/law firm experience is preferred.
Salary range: 60k - 65k base plus OT.
Hours:
9am - 5pm.
- Coordinate marketing activities with attorneys and partners to support business development.
- Develop and maintain content for digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Manage and update contact databases and marketing-related calendars.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist with logistics for speaking engagements, client events, and conferences.
- Plan and execute firm events, seminars, and networking functions.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- 1-
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or law firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based content management systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills for digital and print media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with attorneys and professionals at all levels.
