The Director, eRetail Lead - Macys will be responsible for all digital activations that take place with a number of retailers. The primary KPI is to achieve the FY sales goals for the Brand on e-retailers. In order to achieve KPI candidate will have responsibility for the following:

• Brand treatment and content across retailer websites and in their email communications
• Strategizing and execution of all paid digital media that will drive traffic to the retailer website
• Strategizing and execution of all organic social media activity on the retailer social media channels
• Strong commercial/analytical skills are essential, as position is responsible for forecasting and delivering of retail sales goals for high sales volume channels.
• The Director will work with multiple teams at both retailers and Brand and the wider L'Oréal Luxury division. As such, strong inter-personal and peer management talents are critical.

• 10+ years of related experience
• Must demonstrate a good understanding of digital in the beauty industry and retail in general
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Highly commercial and analytical
• Ability to forecast and deliver on sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and peer management skill

• Interface with  partners to coordinate product and promotional based campaigns
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts between internal groups and  partners
• Forecasting and analysis of business performance
• Strategize on content creation - specifically content to aid purchase on PDPs, content for digital media campaigns and social media campaigns
• Spend time researching digital best practices from the beauty industry and other retail verticals in order to bring innovation to activities

Salary Range:
