TikTok Operations Specialist

We strive to be the #1 platform offering a full suite of tools for influencers & creators to transform their love for content creation into a profitable side hustle or a thriving income stream.

• Partner with livestream hosts to develop & execute promotional strategies & tactics, based on their niche, target audience, buyer persona, etc., to drive sales
• Provide in-depth training on product features, functionality, and selling points
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Live streams, including but not limited to Tik Tok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, daily support & communications
• Monitor streams and review streaming data with hosts regularly to improve performance
• Consistently provide value to our livestream hosts and maintain a long-term relationship with the top talent

• A self-starter with a strong initiative and a can-do attitude
• Excellent project management and analytical & communication skills
• Well-versed in social media (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.)
• Social-media content creation skill is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• This position is a Contractor role based in New York (with a strong potential to convert to full-time)
