As a Paid Social Vice President on the Paid Media team, you will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a transformative leader in the category. Working across internal departments and with external media partners, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute game‑changing strategies that will connect with audiences and drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead paid social strategy, tactical planning, and hands‑on execution. This role is part of our in‑house team, managing end‑to‑end campaign execution
- Manage the relationship with the lines‑of‑business within your purview and become a trusted advisor
- Understand and interpret business objectives to paid media goals and develop proactive paid social strategies that meet and exceed needs
- Ensure campaign planning, buying, optimizations, and reporting meet quality assurance checkpoints and deliver flawless execution
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across paid media, brand, and analytics, as well as external partners
- Partner closely with legal, controls, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and procedures, mitigating risk
- Mentor and upskill more junior members of the team
- Lead teamwide and enterprise‑level projects, like the onboarding of new platforms for The Firm, social partner management, or industry POVs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 6+ years of paid social buying experience with expert knowledge of all social media platforms, ideally within the financial services vertical
- Experience managing executive clients
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects/campaigns independently with minimal oversight
- Advanced skills in Excel, as well as social media analytics (measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)
- Strong presentation skills and strong writer who can build a narrative with executive‑level storytelling
- Strong ability to problem‑solve and think critically; attention to detail and data curiosity
- A strategic thought leader; ability to self‑start, produce high‑quality work and challenge status quo, with the ability to discern what is important and impactful
- Strong interpersonal skills
