The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of internal marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the Business Development team
. This role works closely with the Head of Business Development and Head of Partnerships to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline growth through campaigns, content, and events.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience across content, social, campaigns, and event marketing in a fast‑paced digital agency environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution & Lead Support
- Support the execution of 1r’s marketing plan across social, email, website, paid channels, and events, with a focus on lead generation.
- Help manage the marketing and event calendar to align campaigns with business development and partnership goals.
- Assist with publishing content across owned channels that supports inbound interest and sales conversations.
- Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement to drive awareness and interest.
- Support content development for newsletters, case studies, and campaigns that highlight agency capabilities.
- Help gather assets, performance metrics, and internal inputs for marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Support award submissions by compiling materials and assisting with copy development.
- Assist with planning and coordinating industry events, conferences, dinners, and partner activations designed to generate qualified leads.
- Support event follow‑ups, including lead tracking and post‑event communications.
- Track basic performance metrics related to engagement and lead activity.
- Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, Creative, and Client Services teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on campaigns, events, and lead‑driving initiatives.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience or relevant internships (agency or B2B experience a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social, email, content, and event marketing.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Hub Spot, GA4, Linked In, Meta, Sanity.io, and Figma is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
