Brand Marketing Operations Manager, Wholesale

The Brand Marketing Operations Manager, Wholesale plans and coordinates seasonal and ongoing marketing initiatives across wholesale retail partners and family of businesses. This role translates marketing strategies into clear execution plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, aligned omnichannel delivery.

• Manage end-to-end marketing workflows, calendars, timelines, and operational readiness across the seasonal product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and retail partners, facilitating milestone meetings and clarifying deliverables, dependencies, and ownership.
• Develop and manage marketing and creative briefs, and coordinate campaign assets and execution across channels.
• Track budgets, invoices, vendors, project tools, and execution risks; support performance reviews and process improvements.

• At least 6 years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, or cross-channel marketing.
• Experience managing multichannel workflows in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting budgets, timelines, project trackers, and vendor coordination.
