** ROLE SUMMARY
** The eCommerce Digital Shelf Manager is responsible for defining and advancing a best-in-class digital shelf vision, translating strategy into scalable execution across retailers and driving measurable growth across the digital shelf ecosystem. The role will report into the Director of Sales Strategy and be located in the Commercial Strategy Office in New York  this role, you will lead the development of a holistic digital shelf strategy grounded in both core eCommerce fundamentals and advanced growth levers.

You will translate this vision into eRetail (Walmart, Kroger, Total Wine & more) and Marketplace (Door Dash, Uber Eats, Instacart) specific action plans to advance the beer & hard beverage categories and drive A-B brand visibility across key accounts.

This role will own the roadmap for digital shelf partners and technologies. You will leverage tools to advance and generate a full view of shelf performance, delivering regular Digital Shelf reporting and unlocking growth opportunities across accounts. This role will also own evolving AI work streams from a Digital Shelf perspective.  In this role, you will shape how mega brands show up online, working with your direct reports & external agencies to deliver best-in class PDP hero images, carousels, ratings & reviews and AEO/SEO-optimized product descriptions, and will manage two contractor direct reports to drive digital shelf excellence forward as a growth pillar.
