Market & Customer Intelligence Manager, PRO NA

The Market & Customer Intelligence Manager leads consumer, market, and business insights for the North American Ralph Lauren Outlet channel. This role uses quantitative analysis and customer understanding to identify growth opportunities, improve retail performance, inform business decisions, and enhance the customer experience.

• Manage recurring customer performance reports and analyze customer trends by store, region, and segment.
• Translate customer behavior, engagement, retention, and growth insights into recommendations for outlet store strategy.
• Partner with field leadership, Marketing, Client Development, and Business Planning on outreach strategies, segmentation, clienteling, and customer initiatives.
• Track VIC outreach program performance, customer tiers and migration, and outreach impact and ROI.
• Combine quantitative analysis with field feedback and Customer Voices survey results; share findings and recommendations with leadership.
• Use real estate dashboards and qualitative insights to help identify store and assortment opportunities.

• Experience in an analytical or marketing role within a retail company.
• Strong analytical, reporting, data visualization, and presentation capabilities with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and make data-informed recommendations to multiple levels of management.
• Customer advocacy, critical thinking, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
