Market & Customer Intelligence Manager, RLS, NA

The Market & Customer Intelligence Manager leads consumer, market, and business insights for Ralph Lauren's North American e-commerce channel. The role uses quantitative analysis and customer understanding to identify growth opportunities, inform business decisions, improve digital retail performance, and enhance the customer experience.

• Translate customer behavior, engagement, retention, and growth trends into recommendations for e-commerce strategy.
• Own customer growth forecasting and recurring customer performance reporting, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Develop insights for Marketing, E-commerce, Business Planning, and Merchandising teams, connecting customer trends to commercial priorities.
• Analyze customer journeys and support audience segmentation and list creation for campaigns, clienteling, and outreach.
• Partner with teams to improve customer data capture and opt-in rates, and track high-value customer outreach performance.
• Measure outreach, lifecycle campaign, and initiative performance and ROI, and incorporate qualitative customer feedback into improvement plans.

• Experience in an analytical or marketing role within a retail company.
• Strong analytical, reporting, data visualization, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and make data-informed recommendations.
• Strong critical thinking, flexibility, collaboration, and customer advocacy skills.
