Email Marketing Producer - Consultant - Tribeca

The Email Marketing Producer will manage the day-to-day execution and performance reporting of email campaigns on a consulting basis. This role partners with Site, Retail, Creative, Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to deliver accurate, integrated campaigns.

• Coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines, and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accurate links, content, and targeting across devices and email clients.
• Report on campaign performance, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
• Share performance insights with channel partners and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• At least 3 years of hands-on email marketing campaign execution experience, ideally in retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, campaign builds, segmentation, personalized content, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email rendering troubleshooting, plus familiarity with GA4 and UTM tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, analytical, and prioritization skills.
