Gen is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead hands-on SEM campaigns across major business lines. You’ll own end-to-end execution, optimize bidding, ad copy, and landing pages, and report to the SEM Channel Manager to drive revenue and efficiency.
You’ll monitor performance daily, collaborate with product, design, content, and analytics teams, and ensure campaigns align with GPM targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of SEM experience with multi-million budgets are required.
