• Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, company-hosted events, and virtual webinars.
• Develop event strategy aligned with demand generation and brand goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, booth production, and logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, and Content to maximize event ROI.
• Track and report on event performance including pipeline influence and brand impact.
• Build an events calendar and manage budgets across all programs.

• 4+ years of event marketing experience at a B2B technology company.
• Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events (500+ attendees).
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership.

• Experience in the AI or SaaS startup space.
• Familiarity with event tech platforms (Splash, Hopin, or similar).
