Smirk Health is seeking a highly analytical Growth Marketer to join our team in Austin, NYC, or San Francisco on a full-time basis. You will own end-to-end funnel performance, from acquisition through in-product conversion, and push rigorous optimization across channels and the product experience.
You will work with Heads of Growth, Marketing and Product to identify gaps, run experiments (A/B and attribution analyses), and leverage AI tools to scale growth with efficiency and impact.
