About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Implementation Coordinator to support the delivery of paid social media campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and gain hands‑on experience across ad creation, campaign setup, and performance reporting.
You'll work closely with our internal digital and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life — turning briefs into live ads, managing day‑to‑day execution, and ensuring results are clearly communicated back to the team.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Build & Execution- Create social media ad assets using Canva, following brand guidelines and creative direction
- Build, traffic, and publish paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta, Linked In — training provided)
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, on time, and aligned with briefs
- Act as a key point of contact between customer
- Provide clear updates on campaign status, timelines, and delivery
- Flag issues, errors, or opportunities early and proactively
- Pull and compile campaign performance reports in line with RMG reporting cadence
- Regularly Track key metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and basic ROI
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting dashboards and summaries
- Support optimisation tasks under guidance (e.g. pausing ads, swapping creatives)
- Check ads, links, copy, and tracking before launch
- Maintain consistency with brand and platform requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Clear written communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Willingness to learn paid media tools and processes
- Exposure to paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Experience with spreadsheets or reporting tools
- Someone early in their digital marketing career
- A reliable doer who enjoys getting things live and working smoothly
- Comfortable following processes while learning how campaigns work end‑to‑end
- Curious, coachable, and not afraid to ask questions
