About the role Rippling has scaled well beyond $1B, which means expanding our engine upmarket and rapidly scaling to more channels. That’s where you come in.

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline throughout the customer journey with lead capture and nurture initiatives. You’ll conceptualize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels (lead capture hacks, email, ads, webinars, direct mail, content syndication, events etc.) that educate prospects and deepen their engagement with Rippling.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with growth, product marketing, brand, content, sales, growth engineering and product to build, test, and scale programs that impact pipeline and revenue.

What you will doOwn & execute demand generation campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, content creation, sales enablement, and performance tracking.

Write email nurture drips, run lead capture campaigns and manage paid advertising (LI, Meta, Reddit, Content Syndication, etc) to educate prospects around products and thematic topics. Partner with product, growth, and data teams to identify lead firmographic and behavioral triggers, map journeys, and build personalized nurture streams that increase activation and retention.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, product marketing, content marketing and brand marketing to execute your campaigns. Analyze performance across touchpoints and identify areas to optimize. Shift resources to what’s working, test new ideas quickly, and scale what moves the needle.

Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, growth-engineering, and sales — ensuring messaging, timing, and experience are aligned across the prospect lifecycle.

What you will need6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

Proven track record of using demand generation / growth marketing to drive lead nurture, acquisition, and conversion. Customer obsession that you translate into punchy, specific copy and out-of-the-box lead gen campaigns. Deep expertise in marketing automation, journey building, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.

Clear, concise communicator with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Previous close collaboration with sales teams is imperative.
