As a key member of our digital team, you will serve as a trusted client counselor, helping brands navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape andidentifyopportunitiestoengagepatients,caregivers,healthcare professionals,advocacyorganizations,andbroaderstakeholderaudiencesthroughmeaningful,insight-drivendigitalexperiences.

What you'll do:

Leadthedevelopmentandexecutionofintegrateddigitalcommunicationsstrategieswithaprimaryfocusonownedandearnedsocialmediachannels,contentecosystems,andonlineengagement.

Counselclientsonbestpracticesacrosssocialmedia,digital communications,influencerengagement,community management,andemergingdigitalplatforms.

Developsocial-firststrategiesthatalignwithbroadercommunicationsobjectives,helpingbrandscreatecontentthatresonateswithpatients,caregivers,healthcare professionals,advocacy groups,andotherkeyaudiences.

Overseetheplanningandexecutionofcontentprogramsacrosssocialchannels,includingeditorialplanning,platform strategy,content creation,andamplificationopportunities.

Identifyandcultivatepartnershipswithdigitalcreators,patient advocates,influencers,andkeyopinionleaderstosupportawareness,engagement,andstorytellinginitiatives.

Collaboratecloselywithearnedmedia,creative,strategy,analytics,andaccountteamstodeliverfullyintegratedcampaignsthatconnectpaid,owned,shared,andearnedcommunicationsefforts.

Guidesociallistening,community engagement,andaudienceintelligenceeffortstouncoverinsightsthatinformstrategyandcontentdevelopment.

Monitorandanalyzecampaignperformanceacrossdigitalandsocialchannels,translatingdataintoactionablerecommendationsandoptimizationopportunities.
