Location: New York
Our client, a community-driven retail marketplace, is seeking a relationship-oriented marketing leader to champion the brand, strengthen its community, build partnerships, and drive customer engagement.
NYC | 4 days in office
$100K–$130K+ DOE
Senior Manager or Director level
Looking for:- 5–8+ years in brand marketing, community, partnerships, experiential, retail, or consumer brands
- An ideas person who can develop creative partnerships, events, programming, and community initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills with merchants, customers, brands, and creators
- Someone who genuinely cares about community and can champion the brand internally
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales & Operations
- Retail, marketplace, or community-driven consumer brand experience a major plus
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and comfortable being onsite and engaging directly with the community
Brand stewardship, community engagement, and relationship building are the priority - not traditional growth marketing.
