Director, Global Marketing Communications

The Director, Global Marketing Communications leads global brand storytelling and communications initiatives to strengthen brand desirability and relevance while supporting strategic and financial goals. This in-office role develops cohesive campaigns across markets, partners with regional and cross-functional teams, and manages a direct report.

• Lead the development of global 360-degree communication campaigns based on product marketing briefs.
• Deliver campaign strategies, initiatives, and asset toolkits to global partners and regional teams on time and within budget.
• Use consumer and competitive insights to inform brand positioning and competitive response planning.
• Partner with product marketing, creative, production, and regional communications teams to improve processes and execution.
• Manage project workflows, critical timelines, and a direct report.

• Significant experience in global marketing communications, with a strong understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style, and design.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience partnering with creative teams and managing stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and leadership skills, including the ability to develop a high-performing team.
