Social Media and Marketing Intern; Winter

Ajaia is an AI implementation consultancy and product studio. We help organizations put AI to work through strategy, workforce training, process optimization, and custom development, and we build our own AI products for healthcare and education.

You will help run social media across Ajaia and our product brands.

This is hands-on work. You will write, design, and edit content that gets published under our name, and you will see what performs and why.

You will work across social content, visual design, short-form video, and AI-assisted content workflows while learning how a growing AI company builds its audience and brand.

• Draft and schedule posts for Linked In, Instagram, and short-form video
• Design carousels, graphics, and simple video edits
• Turn Ajaia reports, client work, and product updates into engaging content
• Track what performs and bring ideas for what to try next
  
  Use AI tools daily and edit the output until it sounds like a person wrote it

• A current student or recent graduate based in the US
• Samples of content you have created, whether for a class, club, job, internship, or your own accounts
• Clear writing and a good eye for design
• Comfort with Canva or Figma and a basic video editor
• Reliability and the ability to hit deadlines without reminders
• Curiosity about AI, social media, content, and digital marketing

US-based, remote. New York City is a plus.

Part-time, 15–20 hours per week, January through April 2027.

We welcome current students and will work around class schedules.

$20–$50 USD

Performance Bonus.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly on Ajaia's social presence and product brands. You will create content that gets published, learn from its performance, and use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow.

You will have the opportunity to build real portfolio work while developing practical experience across social media, design, video, marketing, and AI-assisted content creation.
