Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Americas Marketing team based in New York City. This role will partner closely with business, sales, and marketing leaders across the United States and Canada to drive regional growth, market visibility, executive engagement, and pipeline outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong demand generation capabilities with digital marketing expertise, executive communications experience, and a passion for building strategic communities and partner ecosystems. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is motivated by measurable business outcomes.

1. Demand Generation, Events & Community Building (USA & Canada): Drive integrated marketing programs, executive events, ABM initiatives, webinars, field marketing campaigns, and industry communities(personae/theme based events) that create engagement & accelerate pipeline growth. Build & nurture strategic communities across clients, prospects, startups, universities, technology leaders, industry associations, & influencers to strengthen our market presence across the Americas.

2. Performance Marketing,Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Lead performance-driven digital marketing initiatives across paid media, social, email, web, & programmatic channels. Develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing investments to business outcomes & provide actionable insights to leadership. Drive data-driven decision making through campaign analysis, attribution reporting, funnel optimization, & dashboard development. Help drive CSuite reporting & business reviews for marketing across Americas.
