Media Planner

The Paid Media Planner plans and manages campaigns across digital and traditional paid media channels, from strategy and briefing through launch, optimization, and reporting. This role partners with internal teams, agencies, publishers, and platform partners to deliver campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.

• Develop media recommendations, audience strategies, budgets, timelines, channel plans, and measurement requirements.
• Manage campaigns through launch, optimization, performance reporting, and completion while coordinating agency and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance; identify trends and recommend optimization actions.
• Coordinate creative workflows, campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, tracking, and pre-launch quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, timelines, billing records, and stakeholder communications.

• 3-5 years of experience in paid media planning, digital media, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets across paid media channels, including display, paid social, programmatic video, CTV/OLV, digital audio, outdoor, and print.
• Familiarity with Meta, Google, Campaign Manager 360, and media management or billing tools.
• Strong understanding of campaign measurement, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Excellent organization, project management, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
