Role Overview Search is being rebuilt around AI, and Botify is helping the world's biggest brands stay visible through the shift. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to turn that story into pipeline.

This is a builder role with three parts: you'll run our demand programs, build Botify's social presence into a real growth channel, and own the marketing engine underneath it all: our database, tech stack, tracking, and website. If you like owning outcomes end to end, from the campaign idea to the form that captures the lead to the dashboard that proves it worked, this role is for you.

What you'll own:
1. Social & brand reach

Linked

In:
Help define Linked In’s organic strategy built for reach, and run it working closely with the content and product marketing team.

Influencers & Botifyers:
Work closely with Botify’s Content Lead to build programs that turn industry voices and our own employees into amplifiers, including creator partnerships, employee advocacy, and executive visibility.

New channels from scratch:
Launch and grow Botify on Instagram, X, and You Tube, from positioning and content pillars to publishing and measurement.

Work with the Content Lead to repurpose our webinars, research, and customer stories into social-first formats (short video, carousels, threads).Connect social to business results: audience growth, engagement, traffic, and influenced pipeline.
2. Growth & demand generation

Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and social that turn enterprise prospects into pipeline.

Build nurture and lifecycle programs that move accounts from first touch to opportunity and improve deal velocity.

Run a steady cadence of experiments (offers, messaging, landing pages, audiences) and document what you learn.

Partner with the Linked In ads agency and sales on ABM programs targeting our priority accounts.
3. Marketing operations & website

Tech stack:
Own our marketing stack (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Webflow, Chili Piper, GA4 and related tools).Database:
Work closely with the Rev Ops team to keep our database clean, enriched, and segmented, with clear rules for lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing.

Build & ship:
Build and launch the assets campaigns run on: forms, emails, landing pages, workflows, and automations.

Tracking & attribution:
Own site tracking, UTM standards, and attribution so every channel's contribution to pipeline is measurable and trusted.

Website:
Own  as a conversion engine. Manage pages in Webflow, improve conversion paths, and work with our freelance developer and in-house SEO experts on performance and search visibility.
