Associate PR Manager

Suade Performance PR is a Brooklyn-based agency, born from EGC Group, an award-winning performance media agency. Suade was founded after identifying a gap in the traditional PR industry. The Suade solution combines traditional PR with affiliate marketing and digital-first storytelling.

Suade is expanding it's team and seeking a passionate Publicist. You'll work across a broad roster of consumer and trade clients, shaping earned media strategy, securing media coverage, and ideating creative ways to earn attention on behalf of clients.

You'll be based in our DUMBO, Brooklyn office with a creative, high-energy team that likes unexpected ideas, works flexibly, and is growing fast.

Location:

Hybrid, Brooklyn or Melville based
Salary: $65-85K DOE

• Write pitches, press releases, and media alerts that editors actually want to open
• Conduct regular media outreach to secure interviews, features, and news coverage
• Spot timely news hooks and turn them into opportunities for clients
• Build targeted media lists and keep them sharp
• Grow genuine relationships with journalists and editors, as well as an expanded view of what's considered media
• Track placements and report on what's working

• 3-5 years of PR or media relations experience
• A track record of top-tier placements
• Strong writing and a good instinct for what makes a story
• The organization to juggle multiple accounts without dropping a thread
• Bonus points for experience in health and wellness, financial institutions, or higher education, along with reporter relationships in those beats
