Tik Tok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

The Industry Operations Team at Tik Tok partners with key advertisers to drive business growth through strategic consultation, campaign optimization, and Tik Tok solutions across advertising and commerce, including Tik Tok Shop. We work cross-functionally to connect media performance with broader business outcomes and deliver solutions that address our clients' evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic solutions partner to key advertisers and agencies, translating business and marketing objectives into effective advertising strategies.

- Drive hands-on campaign optimization across media planning, targeting, bidding, creative, and budget allocation to improve performance and scale investment.

- Analyze campaign and account performance, translating data into actionable recommendations, reporting, and compelling business narratives.

- Drive product adoption and Test & Learn initiatives across Tik Tok’s advertising, measurement, and commerce solutions to demonstrate business impact.

- Lead business reviews, workshops, and client education to strengthen adoption of Tik Tok solutions and best practices.

- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve client challenges, identify growth opportunities, and drive incremental revenue.

Minimum Qualification(s)- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, campaign management, or digital performance marketing, with hands-on experience in media management.

- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, media KPIs, and campaign optimization across branding and performance objectives.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

- Strong commercial instincts and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and connect advertising performance to broader client growth and business outcomes.

- Proven ability to manage complex campaign portfolios and multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)- Experience in e-commerce, retail, CPG, or related industries, with an understanding of commerce platforms and GMV-driven marketing.

- Experience with social, programmatic, or other performance-driven digital advertising platforms.

- Familiarity with SQL and/or data analytics and visualization tools.

- Familiarity with conversion tracking and measurement solutions, including Pixels, SDKs, MMPs, or third-party measurement partners.

- Demonstrated AI fluency, with the ability to leverage emerging AI tools to improve analysis, workflows, and client solutions.
