Manager, Insights & Analytics Subscription- Marketing

A leader in the media and entertainment industry is hiring a Manager, Insights & Analytics Subscription (Marketing) in New York, NY
, for a full-time position.

• Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week
• Join a leading national media organization
• Collaborate with executive, editorial, marketing, and data teams
• Influence subscriber growth, engagement, and retention strategies

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or data and marketing analytics
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries independently
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM and lifecycle platform
• Experience with attribution modeling, campaign measurement, segmentation, and cohort analysis
• Advanced Excel and pivot-table skills;
  Tableau or Adobe Analytics experience is preferred

• Own daily push-alert and recurring executive CRM reporting
• Write actionable summaries connecting campaign performance to content and messaging decisions
• Build and maintain SQL queries supporting attribution, campaign analysis, and stakeholder requests
• Audit CRM segments, reconcile reporting discrepancies, and resolve data-quality issues
• Analyze engagement trends and personalization opportunities across email, push, in-app, and SMS
