Our clien in the beauty space is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support large and smaller-scale influencer programs across multiple consumer brands.

• Support day-to-day influencer outreach and coordination for active campaigns.
• Help identify and evaluate potential creators based on campaign goals and guidelines.
• Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and key influencer details.
• Assist with putting together clear campaign briefs and reference materials for internal teams and talent.
• Support basic monitoring of live content to ensure it aligns with expectations and timing.

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a closely related area.
• Strong interest in beauty; experience or interest in fashion or lifestyle is a plus.
• Deep familiarity with platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube, and an active interest in creators and trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, positive, "can-do" attitude.
