Associate Director, Regional Marketing
Role:
Associate Director, Regional Marketing, focused on developing and executing KOL engagement strategies to support hematology oncology products (Brukinsa and Beqalzi) in the US.
- implement integrated customer engagement plans
- build partnerships with KOLs
- influence commercial strategy
- develop promotional content and speaker bureau strategies
- support conference and advisory board activities
- partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Analytics
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related roles
- minimum 3 years in Hematology Oncology sales or marketing preferred
- demonstrated relationship-building with KOLs
- strong influence and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- biotech or pharma US marketplace launch experience
- advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD)
- Hem/Onc background
focus on hematology indications (CLL, R/R MCL), product portfolio includes Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) and Beqalzi, extensive US regional scope (FL, GA, SC, AL), significant travel (~50%).
Collaboration:works closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Business Analytics teams.
Work setup:field-based, US domestic, with high travel demands.
