Marketing Coordinator

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to promote ISS solutions and improve brand visibility in the US & Canada regions.
• Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters and presentations, tailored to your local audience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Act as a key liaison for both commercial and marketing teams.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders and media to expand brand reach and coverage.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Develop and oversee logistics of events all over the region.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in the technology or security industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Monday).
• Curiosity about technology and a genuine interest in staying up to date on AI‑based technological advances.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
