Marketing CMO, Head of AI Marketing Saint Petersburg, FL · Hybrid

Own the Cyber narrative. Build the first AI-native marketing function — one that ships campaigns and content the way our products ship features.

We are the AI company factory. Our marketing should look like nobody else's — agentic, fast, deeply technical, and brand-led. As CMO you own positioning, demand, and brand for Cyber and the portfolio narrative.

• Sharpen Cyber's positioning as the AI Operating System for Growth.
• Stand up an AI-native marketing engine — agents writing, agents publishing, humans editing for taste.
• Drive pipeline for the subsidiaries (Swellr, Founder Hut first) and investor demand for Cyber.
• Own brand: site, voice, design system collaboration with product design, PR, analyst relations.
• Build a small senior team of writers, designers, and growth engineers.

• Marketing leader who has shipped both top-of-funnel narrative and bottom-of-funnel pipeline.
• You write. You ship. You have opinions about typography and lead-gen forms in equal measure.
• Deeply curious about LLMs and agentic workflows — already using them daily.
• B2B SaaS or developer-tools experience strongly preferred.

• Have run a brand refresh at a Series A-C company.
• Network of journalists, analysts, and creator partners.
