Creative Director

Dual Electronics is hiring a Creative Director (hybrid) in Lake Mary, FL to set visual and narrative direction across its brand portfolio and lead a design team through hands‑on execution.

• Define and maintain distinct visual and narrative identities for Dual and Jensen based on products, heritage, and customer promise.
• Lead a box to screen workflow philosophy to keep creative consistent as products move from physical packaging to digital storefronts.
• Oversee high-impact creative including Amazon A+ and UI/UX content that explains product features and supports conversion.
• Direct engaging static and video content that combines design quality with strategic brand positioning.
• Personally execute flagship assets and hero concepts while providing design feedback and mentorship to the team.
• Partner with Marketing Services to align brand strategy with technical accuracy, packaging design, and project timelines.
• Work closely with Sales and Ecommerce leads to align creative content, messaging, and positioning with channel‑specific goals.
• Ensure every asset is optimized for conversion and supports clear ROI outcomes.
• Convert high‑end designs into leadership and sales‑ready formats using Power Point and PDF
  .
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative output, including rapid concept development and automating asset variations.
• Use project management tools to track complex workflows and protect brand integrity on tight deadlines.

• 7+ years of experience in brand storytelling, creative direction, and physical packaging.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strengths in both digital and print
  .
• Comfort working in Figma and Microsoft 365

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and purchase decisions for practical, feature‑driven audio and electronics products across different customer needs and price points.
• Regular use of AI tools for rapid concepting and productivity.
• Professional maturity to balance feedback from multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
• Direct experience in consumer electronics is required.
• Experience with physical retail packaging is required.
• Digital commerce or retail content experience is strongly preferred.
• Car stereo or automotive audio knowledge is a plus.
• Provide a portfolio demonstrating strong design and the ability to create effective work for distinct brand identities and customer audiences

• Portfolio must include at least one physical retail package personally directed to production
  .
• Must live within a maximum three‑hour drive of the office.
