Position
Description:
Our growing company is seeking a Marketing Messaging Manager to join our Trulieve Florida marketing team. This position will plan out the daily message campaign and cadence in accordance to the Florida Calendar.
Responsibilities:
- Build daily, weekly and monthly communication plans based on promo & launch calendar
- Brief, review and approve creative according to the plan
- Collaborate with Marketing Specialists and other cross-functional partners to build in appropriate communication support
- Collaborate with digital team on performance of key messages, channels and tactics
- Develop segmentation tactics that inform the daily communications based on personalized content and customer preference.
- Share regular guidance and directive to retail and cross-functional teams
- Plan, develop, execute and optimize retention focused campaigns
- In partnership with creative team, support localized content and communication initiatives
- Plan marketing communication plans with the appropriate and balanced marketing mix
- Collaborates with leadership, marketing team, production, retail and compliance
- Comply with all security policies/procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing and/or communications
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Proficient use in Powerpoint
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects
- Exceptional writing abilities regardless of the subject-matter
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with co-workers and upper management as needed
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative team-player
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment under intense deadlines
