DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Associate Marketing Manager, VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (Knee), to support the U.S. downstream commercialization and adoption of enabling technologies in Joint Reconstruction.

This Associate Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, VELYS Knee Marketing, and play a foundational role in supporting the downstream marketing strategy and execution for the VELYS Knee platform. This individual will contribute to day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, content development, and performance tracking that drive customer acquisition, utilization, and retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about Med Tech innovation and eager to build expertise in robotic-assisted surgery commercialization. The role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Global Education, and R&D, offering a strong foundation for long-term career growth within J&J Med Tech.

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, digital, print, and event-based tactics that drive awareness and adoption of the VELYS Knee platform.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, selling tools, training materials, and field communications under the direction of senior team members.
• Coordinate content reviews and approval workflows to ensure all materials meet regulatory, legal, and brand compliance standards.

• Support go-to-market planning for new software and hardware releases by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs.
• Help prepare field readiness materials, including sales training decks, quick reference guides, FAQ documents, and launch communications.
