Travis Hyde Properties, a locally owned property management company serving the Ithaca community for over 49 years, is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & Leasing Coordinator
. This hybrid role combines marketing responsibilities with leasing duties to support both brand visibility and occupancy goals across our residential and commercial properties. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage day-to-day marketing initiatives while also assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a passion for creativity, customer service, and real estate.

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including virtual tours and lifestyle content.
• Perform Matterport scans and basic video/photo editing to enhance property listings and campaigns.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company website.
• Coordinate apartment staging and support branding efforts across properties.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Plan and support tenant and community events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing materials and campaigns.
• Other marketing tasks as assigned.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed leasing information to potential tenants.
• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, including application intake and follow-up.
• Maintain current knowledge of property availability and rental rates.
• Help ensure all listings (online and offline) are up to date and accurately reflect available units.
• Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.
• Support resident relations and assist with retention efforts.
• Other leasing tasks as assigned.

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• 8-hour shifts
• Available weeknights and weekends as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in marketing or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong sales skills to promote products or services effectively.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premier, Canva, Photoshop and Square Space.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in marketing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
