Wella Company seeks an Associate Director, Performance Media to own and scale its precision media engine across Amazon, DTC brand sites, and Tik Tok Shop. You will drive revenue, efficiency, and measurable outcomes while partnering with eCommerce, content, Finance, and Analytics teams.
The ideal candidate has deep retail media experience, strong analytics, and the ability to translate data into action to grow ROAS and LTV. This role is hybrid in NYC and reports to the Head of Media North America.
