Client Relationship Management, Account Manager
We’re working with a global design agency in NYC- a studio that partners with ambitious brands to create defining moments through strategy, creativity, design and technology.
They’re looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to join the New York team, leading client relationships, driving projects forward and bringing ambitious creative work to life.
The RoleAs the primary point of contact across your accounts, you’ll own the day-to-day client relationships, steering projects from brief through delivery with commercial and strategic oversight, with real autonomy.
The work sits across multiple concurrent work streams, so you’ll manage budgets, scopes and timelines, and keep the connection tight between client ambition and what the strategy, creative, design and production teams can make. Part of the job is reading further ahead than the current brief – spotting where an account can grow and bringing that back into the conversation.
This is account ownership at a senior level: leading client conversations, challenging constructively, and moving work forward without constant escalation.
The Package- $550 – $700 per day
- Hybrid working
- Long-term freelance contract, temp-to-perm
- Autonomy over your accounts
- Exposure to a global roster of high-profile brand work
You’re a senior client services professional from a branding, creative or integrated agency, most likely already in New York. You’ve owned accounts end-to-end – running relationships, budgets, scopes and timelines across several projects at once – and you’re comfortable as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.
You lead accounts autonomously but stay close to delivery. If you’ve worked on globally recognised brand programs, or want to, this is where that experience pays off.
