Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships; Short-Term

THE TEAM Creator Partnerships seeks a Senior Manager with influencer experience who truly understands the social landscape and has a passion for influencers. The role holder oversees influencer campaigns, manages project leads and builds meaningful client relationships, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure streamlined and effective project execution. They use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful influencer campaigns in line with schedule and budget.

The position is a short-term employee role until the end of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension and/or conversion to full-time employment.

• Execute successful influencer campaigns across a number of clients and verticals
• Serve as primary client contact, leading kick-off calls and weekly status calls
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive impactful results against client goals
• Source, vet and contract influencer talent
• Negotiate with talent and agents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client KPIs are met
• Efficiently manage deliverables timelines and budgets
• Prepare and present project reporting, analysing performance relative to campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations
• Act as a trusted resource for clients and internal team members, and make decisions in support of campaign delivery

• 5+ years' experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns
• Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Well versed in the influencer marketing space, with knowledge of all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, You Tube, Twitch and Snapchat
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute successful campaigns
• Experience managing internal teams
• Experience managing the paid media process and reporting
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Passionate about the influencer and talent space
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding client expectations and goals
• Extremely organised, process oriented and self-starting
• High-level ability to communicate effectively, solve problems creatively and make decisions
• Curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible

• Hybrid - 3 days per week from the Dumbo office

• Base salary range: $90,000 - $115,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for the role
• Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialised skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations and tenure at the company; the range listed is just one component of the total compensation package
