WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This role sits at the intersection of brand equity, scientific credibility, and influencer marketing. Acting as the Tik Tok brand and content expert for LDB, you will own content storytelling, hooks, and quality analysis across the platform — leading the content strategy for Tik Tok and Tik Tok Shop that drives both brand love and conversion. The ideal candidate possesses a 'Math and Magic' mindset, using deep analytical insight to fuel viral, trend-forward creativity while maintaining strict alignment with dermatological brand equity, clinical credibility, and regulatory guardrails.

You will partner closely with the Manager, Affiliate (who owns creator strategy, relationship nurturing, KPIs, and contracts) and collaborate hand-in-hand with the broader Tik Tok Shop team to ensure alignment with total brand strategy across bundles, seeding, events, and webinars.

Responsibilities Content Strategy & Data-Driven Optimization Own content calendar and strategy: post and support creation of frequent, high-quality content leveraging trends, data, creative narratives, and brand storytelling.

Lead high-frequency content deployment, using performance data to optimize narratives, content sourcing, development, production, and copywriting.

Execute A/B tests on content formats (e.g., HCP/dermatologist-led vs. consumer, trend-led vs. product-led) to ensure all output is data-justified and optimized.

Analyze organic and commerce performance via Tik Tok Business Suite and Seller Center to maximize ROI and full-funnel conversion.

Monitor and decode platform algorithm shifts and emerging trends, translating data into actionable creative pivots.

Lead Tik Tok-first, end-to-end short-form video production, personally contributing to concepting, scripting, shooting, and editing when needed to unlock speed and creative excellence.

Brand Storytelling & Regulatory Alignment Own all brand storytelling, content hooks, and creative execution specifically on Tik Tok, ensuring strict alignment with brand equity and creative POV.Lead brief creation for affiliates and HCP creators in partnership with the Manager, Affiliate, ensuring best-in-class, claims-compliant brand and product storytelling.

Partner closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to review and approve content involving product claims, ingredient efficacy, and HCP-affiliated  agile on trends and propose seeding/media opportunities based on culturally relevant, brand-safe content.
