Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Content and Communications Consultant for 100% Remote role.

Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Content & Communications Consultant to serve as a strategic communications partner supporting senior leadership. This highly visible role will develop communication strategies, executive messaging, campaigns, presentations, talking points, event content, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop strategic communication plans and executive messaging
* Write presentations, talking points, leadership communications, event content, and campaign materials
* Partner directly with senior executives and leadership teams
* Manage multiple communications initiatives simultaneously
* Develop audience-specific messaging and activation strategies
* Provide strategic recommendations and respectfully challenge stakeholders when appropriate
* Simplify complex information into clear, actionable communications Requirements
* 8+ years of strategic, executive, internal, or marketing communications experience
* Proven experience writing directly for senior executives
* Experience developing communication strategies and integrated communication plans
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to operate independently with limited direction
* Experience managing a portfolio of communications initiatives

Preferred Experience:

* Professional services, consulting, financial services, technology, or another complex organization
* Executive communications programs
* Communication campaigns and change/adoption initiatives
* AI-enabled content development and digital communication
