Dossier Perfumes in New York seeks a Senior Product Development Manager, Fragrance to own end-to-end fragrance development and launch readiness, coordinating fragrance houses, packaging, regulatory, and costing. You will drive 30+ active projects, ensure on-schedule, on-cost launches, and hand off to Operations.
You will lead regulatory compliance across MoCRA, IFRA, allergens, and registrations internationally, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure quality.
