Founding GTM Strategy Lead

Roko Labs is looking for an entrepreneurial Founding GTM Strategy Lead to help define how we position, market, and grow our AI, software engineering, and digital transformation business.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll work directly with company leadership, engineers, and client-facing teams to transform complex technical solutions into compelling stories, market positioning, and growth opportunities.

• Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate Roko Labs' value.
• Partner with engineers and leadership to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for customers.
• Create thought leadership, case studies, presentations, sales materials, and market-facing content.
• Build and test growth initiatives, demand generation campaigns, and new customer acquisition strategies.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and accelerate marketing impact.
• Gather customer and market insights to strengthen messaging and identify new opportunities.

• 1-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, Growth Marketing, Technology Consulting, SaaS, Startup Operations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to business audiences.
• Strong curiosity around AI, software, technology, and emerging trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Evidence that you've built, launched, grown, or taken ownership of something meaningful.
