Marketing: Head of Marketing - onsite

Our client is a fast-growing marketplace startup seeking a Head of Marketing to own end-to-end customer acquisition across both a B2C consumer brand and a B2B attorney platform — managing $300–400K/month in ad spend and building the marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role for a growth marketing dynamo who can run paid media at scale, build a category-leading SEO organization, and generate viral content that drives consumer attention — all while working directly with the CEO.

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across B2C and B2B, managing $300–400K/month in ad spend across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and programmatic channels
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and lead quality across all paid media channels
• Build and scale a category-leading SEO organization with content strategies that create durable organic acquisition advantages
• Drive viral content and out-of-the-box marketing ideas that generate consumer attention and brand awareness at scale
• Transition marketing operations from an external agency to an in-house function and eventually build and manage your own team
• Work directly with the CEO to allocate budget, run structured experimentation programs, and identify asymmetric growth opportunities
• Develop the B2B marketing channel to sell legal leads and case management software to law firms

• 4–8 years in growth marketing with strong B2B and B2C experience
• Scaled customer acquisition at a marketplace or fintech business
• Deep expertise in paid media
• Strong SEO and organic growth strategy experience
• Creative and experimental — generates viral, out-of-the-box ideas
• Experience generating leads in legal, litigation, or high-CAC industries (insurance, lending) a strong plus
