Guardian Summer Intern, Group Marketing

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices.

The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027

You are: A current junior (graduation date of May 2028) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications An interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy

Preferred Qualifications An interest in digital marketing, including purposeful digital advertising, customer engagement tracking, and campaign performance measurement You will:
Learn how modern marketing performs as a revenue center versus a service center Work with marketing professionals and help develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle Gain practice with cutting edge marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information We offer:

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
