The Opportunity

We are looking for a Vice President of Production to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity - not limit it. You'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Interluxe Group's luxury experiential programs - from concept through execution. This role ensures excellence across all aspects of production, logistics, technical delivery, and vendor management, while fostering collaboration between creative, strategy, and client service teams.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned production leader with deep experience in high-profile, large-scale events and activations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative vision into flawless execution.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategic and operational direction of Interluxe's production department, overseeing a 10+ person team including producers, production managers, logistics directors, and hospitality managers.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple high-budget, luxury experiential events and campaigns, including "halo" flagship projects that define the agency's standard of excellence.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar production budgets ($500K-$7M+), ensuring efficiency, profitability, and fiscal discipline.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop the production team, fostering leadership, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a senior client-facing production leader, contributing strategic guidance and pitching innovative solutions to support creative and business objectives.
  • Build, negotiate, and maintain premium vendor, supplier, and contractor relationships to ensure flawless delivery of all events.
  • Implement and optimize scalable production processes, workflows, and systems in collaboration with executive leadership and finance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, luxury, and brand integrity across all production details.
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices throughout all projects.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex production challenges, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining client confidence.
  • Partner with leadership on new business efforts, providing production insight to proposals, pitches, and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in event production or experiential marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-touch events for global luxury and lifestyle brands.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional production teams and managing multi-stream, high-pressure timelines.
  • Travel for live events required up to 65%
  • Expertise in budget development and financial management for large-scale productions, including budgets exceeding $8M.
  • Strong technical knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, and fabrication processes.
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives seamlessly.
  • Confident client-facing presence with the ability to pitch new strategies, solutions, and production approaches effectively.
  • Demonstrated excellence in vendor management, negotiation, and partnership development.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented leader who inspires teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and client-facing environments.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and crafting…
