Project Manager, Campus Campaigns

Role: Our client runs college campus campaigns, and you will build and run this function from the ground up. You will set up the foundation, recruit the on-campus teams, manage campaigns across several schools at once, and keep the founders informed with clear reporting. There are 2 openings.

• Set up the campus campaign function from scratch: get accounts ready, lay the groundwork and service clients.
• Recruit, onboard and manage campus ambassadors and street teams.
• Build campaign plans, timelines and budgets for each school.
• Coordinate with brand partners, venues and campus organizations.
• Track tasks and deliverables in Notion, monitor execution on the ground and solve problems as they arise.
• Collect campaign data and report results to the founders and brand partners, so they can see what has been done and where things stand.

• Project management experience, ideally in events, marketing or brand activations.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines at once.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to recruit and lead student teams.
• Comfortable with Notion (or quick to learn it) and basic reporting in Google Sheets.
• Able to work US hours.

Nice to have:
Experience with college marketing, campus ambassador programs or multi-city tours, and knowledge of US universities and how student organizations are structured.
