Location: NYC Based + 30% Travel

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000

OTG is seeking a creative, detail oriented Junior Associate, Graphic Design & Social Media to support both the Creative Services and Marketing Communications teams. This hybrid role is ideal for an early career marketer who is passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, social media engagement, and brand development.

The Junior Associate will assist with the creation of print and digital marketing materials, support social media content development and publishing, maintain brand assets, and help manage community engagement across OTG's social platforms. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment while developing skills across graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and eager to learn. They should have a strong eye for design, a passion for social media trends, and an interest in creating engaging guest experiences through both visual and digital channels.

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing graphic design, content creation, and social media work.

• Assist the Creative Services team with day-to-day design requests across print and digital channels.
• Create and update menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and other branded marketing assets.
• Ensure all creative executions align with OTG brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content that supports business goals and guest engagement.
• Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, photography, design files, and templates.
• Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Support creative storytelling initiatives across restaurant concepts, airport locations, and brand campaigns.

• Management of OTG's social media channels, including Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content, including graphics, photography, short form video, stories, and captions.
• Help maintain social media content calendars and scheduling platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, guest inquiries, and brand mentions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist in community management by engaging with followers and supporting customer service responses.
• Research social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to support content strategy.
