Senior Web & E‑commerce Projects Lead | Hybrid NYC

Location: NYC (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director of Client Partnerships or Director of Product Management

We're thelab: part creative studio, part production powerhouse, and all about solving real problems with smart, scalable solutions. From concept to commerce, we work with top-tier brands to create bold ideas and make them real across every touchpoint. We build things that move fast and scale smarter, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

We're a team of strategists, creatives, devs, and doers who believe collaboration isn't a buzzword; it's our baseline. No egos. Just smart people making great work together.

We're looking for a Web & Ecom focused Senior Project Manager to support client engagements focused on ongoing website performance optimisation and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate would have experience with managing and optimising medium to large scale e-commerce websites in a client-facing setting. This role will work closely with a team of engineers, UX/UI designers, SEO analysts, copywriters, and data analysts to manage client requests and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates across site features and marketing programs.

If you're someone who thrives in a creative and tech-driven environment, loves getting into the details, and knows how to keep everyone and everything on track, this could be the role for you.
