Associate, Global Ecommerce, MAC Cosmetics

The Associate, Global Ecommerce will support the MAC Global Ecommerce team on brand site and  asset management and merchandising needs. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely setup and delivery of campaign and product assets to successfully launch new collections. This role reports to Manager, Global Ecommerce and will also support the Manager, Global Digital Site Operations and Experience.

• Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the product database, focusing on new products setup and continually monitoring the full assortment (e.g. discontinued products, etc.) for optimal site experience.
• Ensure all campaign changes announced in marketing bulletins are correctly captured in new product worksheet and are communicated in a timely manner to all regional/local teams.
• Partner closely with product marketing and product development to gather product information (benefits, usage, claims, product pairings)
• Proactively own the process of product setup; from creating sku’s in the product catalog to working with external teams to manage the  setup.
• Serve as a global point-of-contact for all regional teams regarding product setup.

• Partner closely with creative team to track assets and enforce deadlines.
• Validate asset deliveries against original requests to confirm all required assets are completed.
• Distribute all products assets (images, product descriptions) to regional partners.
• Liaise with external production agency on brand site page builds; attend weekly calls on upcoming collections in collaboration with Online Manager.
• Optimize asset delivery process as needed based on regional/local feedback to create efficiencies.
• Serves as the day-to-day contact for creative and production teams

• Creates asset briefs in collaboration with the Online Manager, ensuring essential assets are requested for all online channels.
• Support regional teams on asset needs for 360 launch plans, leveraging learnings from prior launches and defining opportunities based on local market nuances.
• Partner closely with Online Manager to deliver clear global merchandising guidance ahead of every campaign.
• Support online team on  and 3PP new business opportunities, optimization of existing tactics and guidance on how to win big during key online shopping events.
• Support global online team and regional teams from a reporting & analytics perspective as needed.

• Provide QA support during high-volume, sales-critical time periods, as well as any new platform integration and optimization work streams.
• Provide UGC curation support for new launches and key campaigns.
• Ensure new product data is seamlessly shared with  vendors to ensure digital capabilities are working as expected.

• BA/BS required
• 2+ years ecommerce and/or marketing experience
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Must have strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Needs to be a creative thinker and problem solver, who thrives in fast paced environment, prioritizes and oversees multiple projects at once, and has attention to detail
• Fluent in all Microsoft office applications, proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Looker)
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• Figma experience a plus
