We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Paid Social Manager to lead paid social campaigns for high‑profile brands within a collaborative, fast‑paced agency environment.

This role is ideal for a performance‑driven marketer who combines strong paid social expertise with client relationship management, analytical thinking, and team leadership. You’ll oversee campaign strategy and execution, mentor junior team members, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven campaigns that drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing big‑picture strategy with hands‑on optimization and enjoys translating campaign performance into actionable insights for clients.

• Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Linked In, Reddit, and X.
• Manage paid social campaigns for enterprise‑level clients, overseeing budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Serve as a primary day‑to‑day client contact, providing strategic recommendations, campaign insights, and performance updates.
• Mentor and develop Paid Social Associates and Senior Associates, providing guidance, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and other digital media teams to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance against client KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and bidding approaches.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with platform best practices and performance objectives.
• Leverage native analytics platforms, third‑party measurement tools, and attribution solutions to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of emerging paid social trends, platform updates, new technologies, and beta opportunities to drive innovation.

• 3+ years of experience in paid social media, performance marketing, or digital media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and other major social advertising platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level client accounts with varying budgets, objectives, and performance goals.
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data, measuring performance, and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Experience with campaign measurement, attribution, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead client conversations.
• Experience mentoring, training, or managing junior team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and competing priorities.
