Job Overview The Director, Marketing Strategy - Home & Toys will be a strategic leader responsible for defining how Macy’s brings its Home and Toys businesses to life across the customer journey. This role will translate business priorities, customer insights, merchandise strategies, seasonal moments and cultural trends into compelling, connected marketing strategies that drive discovery, engagement and sales.

As a key partner to Home and Toys Merchandising, the Director will establish a clear annual and seasonal marketing vision, identify the biggest opportunities to drive category growth, and orchestrate how storytelling, promotional events, content, media, digital, CRM, stores and experiences work together.

This leader will help evolve Home from a promotion-led business into a trusted, solution-led destination for the home, helping customers navigate everything from individual purchases to complete rooms and life moments. At the same time, they will build Toys as a destination for discovery, gifting, newness and the joy of play, creating experiences that make Macy’s relevant throughout the year - not just during the holiday season.
