Your Impact on our Mission As Director of Organic Social, you'll own how Zocdoc shows up on social, shaping how patients and providers perceive, connect with, and engage with our brand. You'll define and lead a social strategy that brings the humanity of healthcare and the value of Zocdoc to life through distinctive storytelling, breakthrough creative, and meaningful community engagement. By building a culturally relevant and differentiated social presence, you'll strengthen our reputation, deepen brand affinity, and make Zocdoc not just a platform people use, but a brand they love, believe in, and want to be a part of.

Your day to day is…Own and lead Zocdoc's organic social strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging channels, defining the vision, priorities, and approach to driving brand awareness, affinity, and engagement among patients and providers

Set the creative vision and lead content strategy, ideation, and production, developing distinctive, social-first programming and campaigns that build cultural relevance and long-term brand equity

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organic social team, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and team structure while managing internal and external creative partners

Own and optimize the organic social budget, strategically allocating investment across content production, creator partnerships, agencies, and resources to maximize impact and align with brand and business priorities

Lead Zocdoc's community engagement and creator strategies, building meaningful relationships with audiences and creators, strengthening brand trust, and identifying cultural moments and emerging trends that extend reach and relevance

Establish the measurement framework for organic social, defining success metrics, evaluating performance, and translating insights into strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement and business impact

Build scalable systems, workflows, and processes that enable efficient, high-quality creative production and support the continued growth of the social function

Drive cross-functional alignment and influence, partnering with Brand, Creative, Communications, and other stakeholders to integrate social into broader marketing priorities and maximize the impact of campaigns, launches, and brand moments
